According to YouGov, almost half of all Americans could correctly identify that the Third Amendment precludes quartering of soldiers in peacetime.
Every law-and-order type police show extolls the Fifth Amendment and the Right to Remain Silent. Yet, only 58% of Americans properly identified that right. This shows that the Third Amendment is so important that with infinitesimal coverage it is known to 77% of the people aware of the Fifth.
